Dental aspiration and separation systems..

Bevisto W1 has to be prepared as solution ready for use of 5% (100 of Bevisto W1 concentrate with 1,900 ml of warm water of about 40 – 50 °C). Rinse 1 litre of this Bevisto W1 solution through the aspiration tubes and 1 litre through the spittoon bowl drain to the aspiration lines of the dental unit. Afterwards let the Bevisto W1 solution take effect (recommendation: 30 min.). Rinse the aspiration tubes and the spittoon bowl drain well with water before starting work. For optimum maintenance we recommend to use the product twice a day (at lunchbreak and after having finished work). Bevisto W1 is used daily but in weekly change with Bevisto W2 (one week daily Bevisto W1, the following week daily Bevisto W2).

Bevisto W1 is used in weekly change with Bevisto W2, i. e. use the product Bevisto W1 daily for one week (e. g. from Monday till Friday). In the following week the product Bevisto W2 is used daily (also from Monday till Friday). So the products Bevisto W1 and Bevisto W2 are used in rhythmic weekly change.

Dental suction- and separation systems.

Prepare a working solution of Bevisto W2 of 2% (50 ml of Bevisto W2 concentrate with 980 ml of warm water of about 50 – 60 °C). Afterwards rinse the prepared working solution of Bevisto W2 through the suction tubes and the drain of the spittoon bowl. Let the working solution of Bevisto W2 take effect. Before starting work rinse well the suction tubes and the drain of the spittoon bowl with water. For optimal maintenance we recommend to use the product twice a day (at noon and after work). Let it take effect before lunch break for about 0.5 to 2 hours and after having finished work (overnight). Before starting work rinse again with water.

Bevisto W2 is used in weekly change with Bevisto W1, i. e. use the product Bevisto W2 daily for one week (e. g. from Monday till Friday). In the following week the product Bevisto W1 is used daily (also from Monday till Friday). So the products Bevisto W2 and Bevisto W1 are used in rhythmic weekly change.

BEVISTON CMS disposes of a stainless steel bottom including a rubber edge providing stability and slip resistance when working with it.

For correct dosage fill either the products Bevisto W1 (5 %) or Bevisto W2 (2 %) from the respective unit (e. g. dosage bottle or can) into BEVISTON CMS and fill up with 2 litres of warm water (temperature: about 40 – 60 °C). Read off the filling level from the scale of BEVISTON CMS.

Afterwards connect the aspiration tubes to the adapters of BEVISTON CMS mentioned above so that the respective cleaning solution (either Bevisto W1 or Bevisto W2) can be rinsed into the aspiration system.

After 1 litre of cleaning liquid has been rinsed through the aspiration tubes into the aspiration system, fill the remaining litre contained in BEVISTON CMS carefully and gradually into the spittoon bowl. This is for maintaining the spittoon bowl and the spittoon draining filter unit underneath as well as the further aspiration tubes.

We recommend carrying out the cleaning of the dental aspiration lines at least twice a day (at noon and in the evening). When starting work the next day we recommend rinsing again the aspiration lines with water (e. g. by operating the spittoon bowl rinsing). As a result residues detached by Bevisto W1 and or Bevisto W2 overnight will be rinsed out.

We recommend checking, cleaning or ex­changing the filters of the appropriate dental unit and/ or the dental aspiration system daily for detached dirt residues (like e. g. detached biofilm residues, etc.) in accordance to the instructions of the respective manufacturer.

At the outer wall of the container there is a measuring scale as well as icons describing the handling of the container in pictures and words.

BevistoTray Cleaner dissolves:

BevistoTray Cleaner is an especially efficient cleaning concentrate that fully deploys its efficiency at a mixing concentration between 5% and 10% (depending on the degree of contamination) for dissolving organic and inorganic residues that are based on non-ionic surfactants, anionic surfactants and complexing agents. BevistoTray Cleaner is suitable for all stainless metals and plastics. Do not clean chrome-nickel- and aluminium parts together in the same BevistoTray Cleaner solution (danger of corrosion due to electrolysis).

The water which is used for producing the ready-to-use solution must be of drinking water quality. In the case of high drinking water hardness or high chlorine content, we recommend deionized water or aquadest (distilled water).

BevistoTray Cleaner is well biodegradable according to the guidelines of the OECD. The highly diluted working solution can be disposed of with the general waste water. In case of correct introduction a disturbance of the biological waste water treatment plant is not to be expected. According to the EC guideline BevistoTray Cleaner is not classified as environmentally hazardous.

According to the criteria of the OECD Bevisto ALR is biodegradable. The Bevisto ALR working solution can be disposed of in waste water. In case of proper discharge a disruption of the biological sewage plant is not to be expected.

The ready-to-use solution of Bevisto ALR is not a hazardous preparation according to the regulation on hazardous substances. We recommend to keep to the usual safety precautions when using chemicals and to wear the usual protective clothes.

Before using the product, vacuum the carpet or the bolster thoroughly. When using in a carpet cleaning machine add 80 ‑ 100 ml into the cleaning tank. Shampoo the surface and afterwards allow to dry, then vacuum. For the manual cleaning the best is to use a shampoo brush. Dosage: 10 %.
